    Our group of four recently enjoyed Gatsby's six-course tasting menu with the wine pairing, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Every course was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious, showcasing exceptional creativity, flavor, and attention to detail. The wine pairing was equally impressive. The sommelier took the time to explain each selection, why it was chosen, and how it complemented the dish, which added a thoughtful and educational element to the evening. While Gatsby's is certainly not inexpensive, we felt the value was entirely appropriate for the level of food, service, and overall experience. For a special occasion or memorable night out, it's well worth it.
