Great experience! The whole staff signed a birthday card!

I've been to Fat Snook several times in the past but it had been a while and I wanted to go again. Nothing had changed. The food is absolutely superb and accompanied by attentive yet quiet service. My wife and I both had the Catch #2 which that night was triple tail. The preparation was truly creative and beautifully presented. It was cooked to perfection and so delicious. Roberto was our server who was knowledgeable and professional and Thomas was a young man who constantly checked to see if we had fresh water or anything else he could provide. The fish menu at Fat Snook is simply amazing and not to be missed if in the area.

Our server, Julia was wonderful. She provided just the right amount of service. Friendly and professional. The food was very good as were the cocktails. We were celebrating a birthday and not only were we given a celebratory cheesecake, but champagne as well! A manager also stopped by to see how our experience was going. Highly recommend and ask for Julia!

This is easily the best restaurant in Brevard County. Chef Jason is the best. You’ll be able to tell why this place is named “Flavour” with every bite. The ingredients are fresh, the menu is one of a kind, the ambiance and style of the place is great - Chef Jason’s passion and talent is noticeable and will be appreciated by anyone who calls themselves a foodie. 10/10!

We had a date night before a concert in Cocoa. It was amazing, especially the service. The food was stellar especially the tomato bisque and the smoke salmon appetizer. Overall great food and good ambiance. Recommend for dates and special occasions.
