    Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant! Hier stimmt einfach alles: hervorragendes Essen, herzlicher Service und eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt.     Das Kœr überzeugt mit einem sehr stimmigen Konzept aus Casual Fine Dining und exzellenter Bar-Kultur. Die Küche arbeitet handwerklich auf extrem hohem Niveau und bringt kreative, präzise balancierte Gerichte auf den Teller. Der Service rund ist aufmerksam, kompetent und angenehm unverkrampft. Wer moderne Spitzenküche und eine hervorragende Wein- und Drink-Auswahl in einer lockeren, zeitgemäßen Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Wir sind seit Jahren sehr gerne Gast im Kœr, von uns eine klare Empfehlung für Hamburg.
