休暇中の平日の妻とのランチ、NY郊外のこんな田舎で⁈という気分は見事に(良い意味で)裏切られました。 山小屋のように天井が高く梁が出ていて、ラギットなべースの中にも、ジャンジョルジュらしい洗練された高級な雰囲気。料理はアメリカン+イタリアンにジャパニーズのフレーバーというよくありがちなパターンではあるものの、１つ１つが丁寧に扱われている感がよく分かりました。 頼んでないのに出てきたサーモン寿司のクリスピーテンプラ、寿司飯を衣で揚げてある変り種。少し油が多いけどその分まろやかで、アリかも⁈(間違えたのに料金は取られました。まぁ食べちゃったからしょうがないけど) ツナタルタルは見た目にも美しい。カラマリフライ、とても柔らかく丁寧な味付けでGood。衣のトリュフのピザ、かなり薄くクリスピーでこれもまたGood。見た目より全然軽いです。スケート(エイ)のサンドイッチ(バーガー)も魚とは思えない脂のノリ。付け合わせのフレンチフライも油と揚げ方が違うのか、軽くクリスピーで美味。ケチャップもストレートでなく、少し酸味のある風味が混ざっていて良かったです。 ウェイターもみなアテンティブで感じ良い。あえて黒服でなくネルシャツにギャルソンエプロンというのも雰囲気あってGood。(ちなみにパーキングはバレットです) お値段はそれなり…
