The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of ​the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its ​fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Our Executive Chef, Cristian Pontiggia, combines old world cooking techniques with modern, innovative recipes and artful plating. His dishes fully embrace the Inn’s Southwestern and native heritage and are consistently changing and adapting to reflect the freshest, most seasonal local ingredients. Lombardy native Chef Cristian has won numerous awards such as Chef of the Year in New Mexico 2023 from the New Mexico Restaurant Association, and also Chef of the Year in 2022 and 2023 from the American Culinary Federation. Most recently, he was Semifinalist in the James Beard award competition for the Best Chef of the Southwest. The restaurant has been awarded with the Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence in 2023 and 2024, featuring the most exclusive wines from around the world.
