    my husband and I decided to try and find a new brunch spot so we found this on a recommended list and decided to make the trip on a wonderful Sunday morning. We were greeted by the gentleman at the door downstairs with such great energy and then once we got to the rooftop, we were served by Ali and his wonderful teammates.

    Five stars, and still not enough. We celebrated a family birthday at The Galloping Galette in Dacula, and the owners made the night feel like dinner at a friend's home. They greeted us by name, fussed over the birthday guest, and checked in throughout the evening. Our servers, Caylynn and Iris, were just as attentive and kind, and they made the celebration feel extra special. The food is wonderful, but the care and hospitality bring us back again and again. If you want to feel welcomed rather than just served, this is the place. Merci for another special evening!
