UNI Paris is a fine-dining Japanese restaurant in the heart of the Golden Triangle, a few steps from avenue Montaigne. Chef Dmytro Pak creates precise Japanese cuisine.The décor draws on the inrō, the small boxes that once held secrets and treasures in ancient Japan. The experience unfolds across three spaces: an omakase counter where the chef prepares each piece in front of you, a softly lit main dining room, and a private tatami room for intimate dinners. In warmer months, a terrace opens onto the 8th arrondissement.Sea urchin, the house signature, gives the restaurant its name: uni means sea urchin in Japanese. The menu also features an omakase tasting menu (€160), signature creations (foie gras crème brûlée, wagyu, caviar, tuna), a crafted cocktail list, and a sake selection that includes Dassai.
