    This was our second time dining at Books & Records. The first time was on a busier week night and with the close tables and live music it had a liveliness to it but not super conducive for quiet conversation. This time we visited on a Sunday evening and it was quiet and we had great table conversation. Both times our food was excellent (we love the brussel sprouts and the chicken bao buns). This time we also got the tuna crudo and it was delicious. Service is attentive and our server was kind.

    We had Jessica as our server. She was great! Attentive and responsive. The entire staff were soooo polite! I had the strawberry rhubarb French toast and it was delightful. My husband had the American breakfast with scrambled eggs and it was delicious. The bacon side was amazing and just ask for extra crispy if you like it that way. It was perfect! I would so eat here again.

    Our dinner At Humphrey’s was perfect. Sunday night, no concert, so it was quiet and low key, which was just what we were in the mood for. But what made it even better was our server, Tutu! She was so amazing. She was friendly, but professional, excellent server. She really made our little college reunion fun and memorable!!!
