We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. The Ole Ole family is passionate about food and dedicated on delivering exceptional service in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.WE NOW HAVE A BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE DINING AREA TO ENJOY please note when booking for outside dining weather changes are out of our control. we will always try to accommodate indoors if we can for sudden changes.
