We shared with the waitress that it was our wedding anniversary, and she gave us a complementary flan, which was the smoothest and creamiest flan we have ever had! I had the fideuá de mariscos and my husband had the la completa cubana and we loved everything! The cocktails and the churros were delicious as well! The atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail, the layers of flavor, and the fresh home crafted options for both food and drink are worth savoring every second!!! Tuesday we had the Bruschetta, followed by the Coconut Curry. (No pix 😔). Both were AMAZING. I did write a review about what an amazing experience it was and received a reply (both public and private) from John. That level of attention to detail is not common and prompted us to want to return! As plans evolved we found ourself wanting to dine out again on Friday. Our destination was already decided! We made it a point to ask for John (who we now know is the owner). We were surprised to know he replies to all reviews and is clearly a very in touch, respected, motivating, and stand out person and employer. We enjoyed a variety of masterfully crafted cocktails, the Shrimp and Grits as well as the Pasta Alla Vodka. Needless to say, we WILL be back soon! The team was very accommodating, as I had to modify the reservation twice. I have been there twice and both times for lunch, the food was amazing. I had the chicken salad sandwich the first time and the French dip the 2nd. The price is a little high, but the portions are generous.
