The caramelized onion dip with house made potato chips was deliciously addictive and paired perfectly with my Gin Martini. The Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice bites were so flavorful and satisfying. The Diablo Shrimp Scampi came with toasted brioche to dip into the buttery garlic sauce. These are a variation on the shrimp Diablo toppers available on the dining room menu and are a nice addition to the Social Hour menu. The Korean barbecue filet mignon bites were absolutely fantastic. Our final new dish was the Wagyu Dog. This was a huge surprise. I was expecting cocktail size wieners but this was a full size dog with three savory sauces. The flavor of the hotdog was smoky. Just delicious. We finished off the evening with a beautiful dessert of blood orange sorbet and fruit. Coleton, our server, was impeccable with polished and friendly service.
