Had the flat iron steak, was lovely. Couple drinks outside too beforehand, very nice. Great atmosphere and brilliant customer service. Great value too for not your basic pub food menu.

Lovely Sunday lunch, large portion and the veg was cooked perfectly. Only one very small criticism was the beef was a little tough (I still ate it). My husband had liver and said it was delicious. Lovely pub with a great atmosphere and good value overall. Will definitely return.

I had an excellent dining experience at KIBOU Japanese Bar & Kitchen in Cambridge. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the dishes, making it fantastic value for money. The service was equally impressive. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, helping to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our visit. The restaurant itself is lovely, with stunning décor and a stylish interior that makes the whole experience feel special. If you’re looking for delicious Japanese food, excellent service, and a gorgeous setting, I would highly recommend KIBOU. I’ll definitely be returning.
