I had black cod which was amazing. So much flavor! My husband had pappardelle with hare ragu. We started with the focaccia with cheese, prosciutto, and garnish----and a touch of New Mexico spice!! Our waitress was wonderful, attentive, knowledgable, and so welcoming. We also had a chance to talk with the chef who visited our table. It was fascinating to hear how he designs new dishes and does research on how to source the best ingredients.
