However today, the new Ada’s is a creation stemmed from a lifelong dream of Executive Chef Ayhan Barlas.    We only accept reservations for parties of 3 or more, we encourage parties of 1 or 2 to walk in! On Sunday/Monday night, we do not accept any reservations and operate just on a walk in basis.

Pick up the antique telephone downstairs, someone answers, and the door opens. Upstairs, your bartender asks about spirit, strength, and the flavors you love, then builds every round from scratch. Every visit is one of a kind.
