The Carlile Room is an absolute requirement for us when we are in Seattle for a concert, museum visit, or anything else, for that matter. The food is terrific, the service great and the vibe positive. Highly recommended.

Made ravp for dinner before a show. I love coming here. The food is excellent along with the special cocktails. Service was wonderful as usual. I am looking forward to my next visit.

An excellent night out in Seattle. Ben the general manager and Sam our server navigated our service with care and attention to detail. A delicious meal as well!

We always enjoy our time at The Carlisle. The host, Ben, is always warm & welcoming. The food insanely delicious, no matter what we order. Our waitress, Paige was a delight. Always a smile, her suggestions were spot on & we never had to ask for refills.

I love this place! Service is always good and attention to detail with food and drinks to complement the show at the Paramount is always fun! It is loud, but nice atmosphere and close to the theater. The food is good/great, and I feel they put a lot of thought into it. I usually get the Caesar for one of my dishes, which has amazing flavor, but the kale part of salad was too tough to eat. Still a great go to restaurant for sure!

My first visit to the Carlile room. Great ambiance and service. We ordered a salmon dinner and a black cod dinner. Both excellent! Perfect location, right across the street from the Paramount theater.

They don’t have any of Brandi’s wines at her own restaurant. We were told they are phasing out her wines?? I was quite surprised by this and disappointed.
